Our Founders Story
Bryan Buesking is first and foremost a husband to his beautiful wife, Alli, and a proud father to Baylor and Boston, with their third child, Baker, on the way. His family is the heartbeat behind everything he does, and the reason he cares so deeply about being present, intentional, and grounded in his calling as a father. Golf and Faith have been woven into Bryan’s life for as long as he can remember. Some of his earliest memories are of being on the course, learning the game, and feeling the quiet stillness of those early mornings. Over the years, golf has become more than a sport—it’s been a place of reflection, growth, and connection with the people he loves. At the same time, his faith has been the steady foundation under every season of his life, shaping the way he thinks, leads, and makes decisions. Golf has taught Bryan discipline, patience, and humility. You can’t rush the game, and you can’t fake the work it takes to get better. Faith has taught him where his true strength comes from—and who he’s ultimately playing for. Together, golf and faith have formed a daily reminder that character matters more than scorecards, and that how you carry yourself—on the course and at home—speaks louder than any words. Fairway Fathers was born out of Bryan’s desire to live out those values in a real, tangible way. He started this brand as a reminder to himself to lead with faith on and off the course, to show up for his family, and to be fully present in the moments that matter most.
